 Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders 

All orders generally ship within 3 days from the time of order.

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships so you can follow your package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; you have the option of adding Route insurance for a minimal fee to your order.

Return Policy

To initiate a return visit our Returns portal by clicking HERE

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label (if requested). After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Full price merchandise is eligible for refund if returned within 7 days from the day you received your order.

If the items are received later than 7 days it is the customers responsibility to come pick it up.

All items must be in original/unworn condition with all original tags and labels attached to be eligible for a refund.

There is a $2.00 restocking fee for each returned item.

If the customer keeps merchandise worth less than $75 from the order we will charge the original shipping fee of $6.95 (will not refund from the return)

To ensure you receive the item you want in a timely fashion we don't offer exchanges on orders, if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Please note, we will try our best to accommodate order editing requests. However, once order is in fulfillment process changes can no longer be made. 

Sales and Discounts

Items purchased at 20% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Please note, in a case where a select order item (on sale) is out of stock, the rest of your order will be shipped out. 

 All orders containing sales items CANNOT be edited. 

Return Process

Please be sure to read our Return Policies, above.

A return label must be issued by our team in order for you to ship back your package.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note there will be an $10.00 charge for a return label 

Please allow 7-10 days from our receipt of your return for your refund to come through.

Absolutely no drop-off returns will be accepted.
