At Farren + ME, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied,  you may return  your purchase when it is presented in their original condition (unused and unwashed ) with tags. Please click on the "START A RETURN" in footer of the website. All returns are subject to a $2 per item

• We don't offer exchanges on Orders. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

• Returns must be received in our warehouse within 6 days after the item is delivered to you. Returns must be shipped with enough time for it to get to our warehouse regardless if it is your own label or ours.

• A $8 shipping charge for all returns will be automatically deducted from your refund if this label is used.

• Make sure to only return items that are refundable. If a non-refundable item is returned, the $10 charge will still be deducted and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs if the item needs to be shipped back to you.

• If you would like to ship your package back yourself feel free to add your own stamps, and shipping charges will not be deducted.

• PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. While supplies last, we reserve the right to cancel any orders any any time.

• We do not accept drop off returns; only returns via USPS, UPS or Fedex will be refunded.
